Depression is a mental disorder that negatively affects your actions. The word “depression” is
not understood by most of the people but the victim. Every disease has therapeutics but for
depression, the major medication is love and support.

As stated by the World Health Organization, more than 264 million people of all age groups are
great victims of depression. It is also stated that women suffer more than men. If the victims
reach their worst stage it can prove to be hazardous leading to suicide. Depression is said to have
soared to great heights during the pandemic. Depression also is known as depressive disorder or
clinical depression refers to a state where an individual is constantly pessimistic about his life
ideals leading to lower productivity.

COMMUNICATE 
An individual who is in constant conflict with any disease can cure faster than the medications
provided with love and affection. 
Doctors initially prescribe psychotherapy where he talks over the phone call or online intending
to perceive the reasons as to what caused the sufferer to reach such states.

EXERCISE
Mild depression can be cured with the help exercise. Exercise regularly helps to escalate
endorphin levels in the body stimulating happy hormones and keeping you optimistic. A happy
heart has a happy life. mental health should be treated with the utmost care, love, and patience.
Every life on this planet is precious. Not only your physical health but also take care of your
mental health. Make your life just like a fairytale so that when you sit with your grandchildren on
a couch, the story is worth the time.
